How long does it take to make a website? This can vary depending on different factors such as our current workload and the complexity of the website. Generally, a landing page will take 2-4 weeks while a more complex multi page website can take several months.

What kind of security will my site have?Sites built on the Wix platform are highly secure. They implement HTTPS and SSL protocols that encrypts the data between your site and its visitors. You can read more about it here. There are also frequent backups of your site. We can also add things like reCAPTCHA to forms to stop bots in their tracks.

Do I fully own my site once it's finished? It's all yours! Wix gives you two options when it comes to handing over a site. The first one is full hand over where we will only have a saved copy of the site, We actually don't recommend this option because it means we can't easily make changes to your site when it's needed. The second option we still hand over the site in full but keep us onboard as an admin. This will allow us to make changes much easier.
-
If a change is needed to my site how long will it be offline for?Changes to the site are done offline while the current iteration of the site remains online. Once it comes to publishing the new and updated site it is done instantly so there is no downtime.

I already have a Wix website, can you change it for me?If the website was designed by someone else and is copyrighted then no. If you personally own the site that isn't copyrighted by anyone else then that can be arranged.
-
Do you use templates? In most cases we start 100% from scratch and don't modify an already built website template. This is because we like to make the design of the website custom tailored to you and your needs as much as possible, rather than it having a tacked on kinda look and feel.

What is hosting? When a hosting provider allocates space on a web server for a website to store its files. This allows users to access the site at any time and anywhere in the world. Wix includes hosting in its plans.
